Stella Perry mesmerises with ‘Science Fiction Double Feature’

Rocky Horror star Stella Perry has serenaded fans with the full version of her Science Fiction Double Feature rendition.

Playing Magenta and The Usherette in the current production which will return to Melbourne in February, Stella started performing at a young age – penning her first songs at just 8-years-old.

She made her TV debut at 16 on the national singing competition ‘Start Struck’, and then made it to the top 14 of Australian Idol in 2008. But she was only getting started, and made the Top 9 of X Factor.

Stella turned to sing writing for some time before making a comeback to television screens in 2020, bringing honesty, heart and individuality to The Voice with coach Delta Goodrem.

More recently, she played the role of Oberon in The Lovers, produced by Bell Shakespeare at the Sydney Opera House.

You can see her in The Rocky Horror Picture Show for a strictly limited encore season beginning February 9. Tickets are on sale HERE.
